NUMBER OF GUEST

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate many guests per graduand.

We hereby extend an invitation to you and a maximum of two guests to attend the graduation ceremony.

GRADUATION PROCESS ON THE DAY: GRADUATION REGISTRATION TIME: 07H00–9H00

Step 1: Report to the Registration Table. Provide your ID or passport copy and collect your graduation seating Card
Step 2: Proceed to the House of Graduates for Academic Attire Fitting (Booking and Collections).
Step 3: Proceed to "The Image Factor" for official pre-ordering and Pre-booking.
Step 4: Report to Graduation Hall

LATEST ARRIVAL TIME

At least 60 minutes before the start of the graduation ceremony, you must report to the graduation hall. Students who show up late or for the wrong session will not be allowed to graduate with the rest of their class or participate in the day's events.

EXTERNAL PHOTOGRAPHY

No external photographers are allowed in the venue. Graduands are required to prebook with the official photography partner, "Image Factory."
